Well, here's the sole KA regd. bentley in the state. The rest sport DL plates. And someone played a nasty prank on this beauty...

BTW, is there a problem with the right tail lamp, or is it just me?

The driver is using the left indicator , that is why the right side seems off.

What!!?? This car is still on temp number? and still on the mixed up rims?

Mate, you may want to blank those number plates out coz it isn't permitted to post images with the reg numbers.
