I think this sort of price was expected.
The 2013 R1 is near about 16lakhs ex-showroom, so on-road it should easily touch the 21 lakh mark.

Once upon a time 16lakhs was the on-road(Mumbai) price for this. How times have changed!

No wonder,people are/were running after grey market imports.
I know of a R1 and a 10R which were purchased brand new for less than half of this amount,and sold within 1-2 years after piling a few thousand kms on odo.
