Re: Chennai & TN - Imports, Sportscars & Exotics

Recently saw this B'lore (KA 51) registered Harley at Shell Chromepet. The fellow in the scooter was pestering the rider with questions and repeatedly asked "like a Bullet?" (Bullet maadhiriyaa), much to my son's amusement! I caught the word that the rider was proceeding straight to Bangy after the fill.

BTW I was impressed by the looks of the bike, but the moment he started the engine, it turned to dismay as I saw it shaking and shivering all over like an old BSA Norton.

Some Harley purists love that!

The way a Harley comes to life, shivering and shaking, is akin to a wild animal awakening from its deep slumber, and in the mood for lunch.

Yes the Yamaha Motor India website lists only the black color for the MT-01:
Products | India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd.

But I'm sure there are a few directly-imported silver-black MT-01's in India. I guess the red color is even more exclusive.

Re: Superbikes spotted in India

SRK rides S1000 RR (in India I guess, please remove if not) in D2. Sorry, but I can't help but fall for this bike whenever I see it
