Regards,
I just read the pm. The white and blue F2 shown in those pics is a good bike for your friend to start with. See if you can contact the owner from the ad.

Re: Superbikes spotted in India

Even the pic used in that ad is not of the intended bike. The ad is for a '10 and the pic is from an "ex" dealers bungalow of an '08.

@straight6

The Gixxer looks absolutely brilliant. Is Suzuki officially offering this colour in India for the K11? Gixxers always look best in the traditional white and blue paint scheme. Used to hate the colours offered at launch

Since the time the gixxer has been launched, there's a blue and white combo available. This colour is officially available that is why it was delivered.

Yes i know about that but frankly that combo just never did justice to ones on the K5 or K6 or this one on the K11. This looks absolutely perfect to me.(fanboy speaking )

Thats exactly the way you sit at the back of a superbike or in this case a fast Harley. Can you imagine the amount of pressure under braking if you put your weight on the rider? Thats why the pressure is kept on the tank.

Ah yes! Thanks for the info Navpreet. Nevertheless, the pic capturing the guy holding on to the tank is like he is holding on for dear life. Since the 2nd pic shows that there was no rear grab rails etc., it justifies the fear of the pillion if there was any!
