^^^ Thats a Roadster with Screaming Eagle exhaust, buckshot and also Stage 1 Freeflow filter. Had been with this guy couple of weeks back and the bikes' exhaust note is sweet.

Sridhar,
So when are we gonna see your iron clad with the Screaming Eagle along with the Stage 1 kit?

Screaming Eagle is very common, may be something else... Freeflow filter is definitely not in near future. I am more inclined towards getting ape hangers.

Agree to a certain extent but the HD's are real LOUD with these screaming eagles. The other day on the trip could hear them from atleast a KM ahead. You want to think on the Vance & Hines?

Beautiful pics there. Heartening to see our REs with the HDs..

The 'monster' on the left is Harley's 2011 FAT BOY SPECIAL. Killer looks and awesome ride. The rear profile of the Night Rod Special is also wicked. Nice to see the HDs getting dirty.

Re: Superbikes spotted in India

I just can't stand people riding superbikes with flip flops or floaters!
They clearly do not realize that along with a helmet a good pair of boots (should cover ankle) are very important when riding such powerful and dangerous machines. I hope things will get better with increasing awareness.

Thanks for the pics everyone!

Re: Superbikes spotted in India

Yes, there IS some sinister connection between SBKs and floaters.

Re: Superbikes spotted in India

I am really not sure, if at all, anyone would agree with me, but, I had to say this. Its completely my perception of matters.

I totally understand the importance of safety gear while riding bikes and am not at all against it but I find it pointless to nitpick every single rider who doesn't. Its his/her personal wish, mind-state, circumstances. Its not always possible to gear-up when you had to go for for some emergencies or an informal leisure ride.

For instance, how weird would it look if you're on a date and the girl sitting clueless behind a man in all stig-wear?

I insist wearing a helmet but the rest should be left to the bloke's choice. It'd suck to be uniform'ish. I am a person who love to take my ride out when I want to grab some junk in the evenings wearing some lousy tees, shorts and loafers (even when I rode litre class plus bikes) but that doesn't necessarily translate that I am any less conscious about the machine's capabilities or the potential danger.

I believe a conscious rider shall stay alive no matter what he wears but a 'nut' will be left cold even how well-geared!

My two cents.

Ride Safe!

Re: Superbikes spotted in India

Scorcher,
Would agree with you, many a times it so happens i hardly get time to take the bike out for a spin. During such times i do a quick ride across the block wearing my floaters .
But in these photos am not quite sure how many of them are of that type.
