101 Reasons as to why you cant make it to the national Meet

OK Guys... here we go..We would love to know the reason as to why you guys cant come to the National Meet which we are planning in GOA...
Start pouring in your reasons here because i cant see as to why anyone would want to miss out on a meet like this where
1) you will get to meet other members with whom till now you have had only virtual discussions
2) Get a break from your day to day routine
3) Party out with like minded people
4) You can come with your family
5) Booze / Party / Drives / BeachSide / Go-Carting / etc...etc..

So all you Guys / Gals who are rather busy or pretend to be start shooting the reasons..

Mods... if you think this thread is inappropriate then please delete it.

Most of the reasons you'll get would be 'made up!'

The fact remains "One doesn't need a reason for not coming"

And about being busy!... you can't even imagine!

a very interesting topic .. Maybe a few of us could use these reasons in other day to day situations u know

.. Also like goddy pointed out it really does beat me asto how once could miss out on such an oppurtunity to meet like minded people , not to mention a break from the daily stressed out routine .. So guys fire the reasons ..

1 possible reason: TBHP is part of daily routine, and since I'm already full up I dont want to add to my daily routine.

2: My biwi wont allow me to have fun.

3: If she does, my boss wont allow me.

Hey guys..!!!

what can u do for my exams????? I'm helpless...
If exams get over before the meet dates i'm in for the meet already got a green signal from parents....
Is there an option of last minute confirmation......

Now thats an acceptable reason, very valid at that too .. Yes KP , as long as u think u can make it to the meet ur allowed confirm even a day before the meet .. But the only problem would be regarding the booking of rooms , exclusive t-shirts for those attending the meet etc .. Getting these organised for the late entries might turn out to be a bit problematic .. But alls well that ends well .. So try ur best ..

Seriously, there should be a thread for cancellations, coz its a bit of a bummer when a meet thread gets flooded with posts saying "hey sorry guys i cant make it .blah blah..."

3. Thats the week I get my colon clenzing done.
4. My car is in the process of divorcing me.
Anyone else think of any others?
