It's a Saturday after possibly the first showers, so expect some traffic in general, at the toll nakas at Vashi/Airoli and also on the expressway if we take it. 6 PM start time will be a bit of a rush hour, so leave with ample time in hand.

A sticker is a better idea than pinning the tag to the shirt. And white stickers are available everywhere.

But if you were to bring the stickers and pen, everyone would have to meet you first, which may or may not be easy (because of crowds, timings and such).

I can see you setting up a table at the entrance along with TK, each member walks up, pays his/her dues, collects the tag and moves on into the venue. That would be cool!

Scheduling a meet on Palkhi day would not be a good idea. For lots of folks coming from Pune city, it would cause inconvenience. The bypass highway also may not spared!

Palkhi shouldn't impact Mumbai/Pune to Lonavala travellers in anyway. Most hit would be Ashishpallod. But am sure that like every other meet, he'd be the only one to come on time irrespective of what happens.

@Noopster,
i never mentioned that palkhi will be in pune on 16th June, i mentioned that 12mati-pune road will be blocked due to palkhi , that clearly indicates that palkhi will be on 12mati-pune route and not in pune city.
As MX6 has quoted, its only me that will have problem on 16th June for traveling from 12mati to Pune and i will find my new route to reach the venue at AP time.
We will stick to what we decided according the poll.

thanks for your comment, despite all traffic jam on 12mati-pune route, i will be at the venue at AP time surely.
