It's either 16th June or 14 July for me. Wifey has agreed in principle, so barring any last minute engagements we should be there for dinner.

What's the overnight stay arrangement? Do they also have rooms?

Since the venue is more or less fixed, I suggest mods update the title of the thread to indicate the venue as well.

I think the stay arrangements should be left to the individuals.

A group booking will only result in more confusion and logistic issues.

This way the members will have the flexibility(of staying not staying overnight) till the last moment.

This will also eliminate the need for us to know in advance if the member is even staying overnight.

Also the issue of personal preference(hotel quality) will be taken care of this way.

Agreed. I just wanted to know if Sunny da provides accommodation too, and at what rates. I just hope 'stay' doesn't mean staying up all night munching away whatever is on the table :o
