Utsav and Samar, Why are we delaying the meet ? It's a very humble cause and should be executed at the earliest. Why is 8th not suitable ? 23rd is Monday so it will not workout. I think 8th is perfect.

Done. CP is the best possible location. Samar we need to do this meet the same way like we did in January. But, make sure that we do have a good space for the photo-shoot afterwards.

15 June Sunday. I am in. LEts not go to CP area, too crowded. I would say
1. Distribute ice ceams near DND flyway noida area where there are lots of poor who sleep on the flyover iteself.
2. Go for a short drive around noida - Lots of parking and empty roads everywhere in the new sectors for a photo shoot

Just a thought: do we have enough ice boxes to keep the ice creams in? with the heat the way it is, its bound to melt without a proper ice box.

Tanvir yaar, Film City Sector 16 is a busy area as you know. How about the NFC market i.e Community centre ? From there we can come back to Noida.

For photo-shoot I guess your suggestion is the best. We have ample space to accommodate the cars in Noida. Mahamaya, Sector 105, Even golf course in Sector 37 are good options. What say ?

Every time, the photo-shoot is a task for all of us..LOL

When you come down from DND 2-3 cars can distribute ice creams, and then we head towards ATS greens and use the back lanes of these new sectors for photoshoot.

Once the location is decided, someone can go to the area and get an idea on the availability of Ice-Cream cycles in the area .

We can inform them in advance and request them to be present during the meet (eliminating the need of ice boxes).

A week to go guys. I see the facebook group of Delhi BHPians is suggesting Cyber-Hub in GGN. I have no issues as I live in Vasant Kunj. But it may not be close for other BHPians. Perhaps somewhere central would be best? We could do it again in CP. I know we've been to that place n times, but it's a matter of convenience for others as it's central. Pour in your suggestions, folks!
