Hi guys, been a long time since I posted on this part of our Black, red and white forum. I have been contemplating meeting all D-BHP'ians for a long time now. So, I had an idea for the meet again continuing on Samar117's ventures(Samar Narayan)

In january, we did a small cloth donation drive.
Its may and summers, so I was hoping we could do something again. We have all had the comfort of AC's in our cars and homes, but what about those who haven't?

The idea, is to get a group of people to donate anything cold to the poor, I would prefer Ice Creams(have done that before too). A few people can also get a chill box/cooler and hence we can do the good deed!

How many are up for it?
The problem was with the venue deciding last time. So this time, just to make it easy and clear, the venue would be CP after which we could proceed to a location, a mall preferably, because of the underground parking for breakfast/photos!

Date : 8th/15th June. I know far, but gives everybody equal time to respond!

Expecting a good show this time. Cheers!

Your plan of distributing cold goods seems like a nice gesture. Time to pile in the members

Awesome initiative once again!

In addition to cool drinks, perhaps handing out old hats / caps might also be a good idea.

Count me in please.
Along with ice creams we can even go ahead and think of distributing smaller mosquito nets and used towels. These items would be of great value to the underprivileged.

Do notify me when we plan to take this up. (confirmed date and venue location)

Guys, the meet has been shifted to 23rd now, I think everybody can make time for the meet now!
