Ravi sir - I suggest you stop at Sai Sangeet instead since it's about 150-160km from Bangalore and the food there is excellent and they open very early.
With a 5:30 start from Attibele you should be able to reach here between 7-7:30am max and ideal for a breakfast break. In case you get to this place earlier then you can consider going up to the Arcot A2B which I guess is also a fine dining format unlike the ghar dhabha format like the chinnar one.

I'm really surprised to hear that A2B chinnar opens at 6am. Have been there quite a few times and found only coffee to be available at 6:45am and quality of this place is not at par with the other A2B fine dining restaurants like the ones in Salem KPN Plaza or the one in the Chennai Silks building at Hosur. We have stopped going to this place since the last 3 years or so.

Yes, I sourced the number, spoke to Chinar and they told me 6 am opening time.
Had factored in delay like MTR1924 on Kanakapura Road / Kamath Upachar on NH7
Reach at opening time and the kitchen dictates

A2B only if no other. Have heard good about their "fine dine" versions. Hopefully Arcot is.
