I am okay with the driving part. We can go to some dhaba on GT road. I know of some which have good butter chicken
If members are okay with no drinking part that should be okay.
Other driving option is Greater Noida expressway, but it usually becomes a drag session.
We can go somewhere on Jaipur road too, but Gurgaon traffic is a nightmare with hours long traffic jams.
This is the biggest problem with Delhi, too much traffic and nowhere to drive to nearby.
Ishan, if you can suggest something on NH24 before the Hapur bypass that should also be okay.

WOW this got out of hand before I could even respond!! Chalo the venue is decided as the Nelson Mandela Road leading from Vasant Kunj (before the right turn to Priya Cinema) to the Hotel Grand. This is an ULTRA-WIDE road where they also have a slip road where we can park our cars without any issues. No Al-Kauser this time since most of us have done it too often, alternate plan is to hit a pub/restaurant in the Vasant Vihar/Kunj/GK locality which is also good since most of them will have Happy Hours at this time.

Lots of members have been requesting a sober meet (atleast for the intial part!!) since people have questions about Cars, ICE, mods etc. so this one is going to be dedicated more to that & less to parties. Also since nightfall is early these days the meeting time is going to be 4:30 pm so that we can push off to the pub by 6-6:30pm. Makes no sense to meet later since in the fading light people won't be able to see much. I'm PM'ing all NCR members now.

As for a drive yes aZa we're driving down from Noida so the 20-25kms odd should be good enough!! No driving since saturday evening is going to be busy on all roads. And NH8 is simply a NO-NO, I'm not going for a drive there with the traffic situation being what it is.

As for NH-24 yes that's workable but maybe next time since for that we'll have to hold the meet in Noida & also minimum distance we've to drive to reach a good stretch is atleast 35-40kms. since before that there is too much traffic.

No driving part is good. Nowdays due to some star issue all weddings are taking place in this week. So wherever you go there are bound to be jams. So ishan's plan is the best.

Ishan, you mean AFTER the right turn to Priya Cinema if you are approaching from Outer Ring Road.......or MUCH before the LEFT turn to Priya Cinema if you are approaching from the VK end.......
