Hi guys,
You can put my list in the 'Not coming list', as it is now confirmed that I will be accompanying my team to Srisailam and Nagarjunasagar that day.
A little off topic, but can any of you clarify:-
1. Route to Srisailam via Mehdipatnam---we need to pick up a team member from there.
2. Good joint for breakfast before we leave Hyd.
3. Shortest way from Srisailam to NagarjunaSagar. We have engaged a Tavera for 600 kms, and I hope this will cover the whole trip (Hyd to Srisailam is 230 kms one way)

Vnabhi,

I can clarify on point #1 : From mehdipatnam proceed further until you get the first crossing (circle, where you can find Food world opp to which there is a petrol bunk) this road leads to attapur and NG Ranga Agricultural University.

You'll have to take the road that is leading to barkas via chandrayanagutta from there its almost a straight road.

As it might not be easy to stop cars at or after the hand juction, just ahead of it there is a sub station ( after you cross that indian oil bunk/rethibowli/foodworld/ring road jn whatever you call it). So, here there might be enough space to park upto four/five cars for a few minutes. People coming from tolichowki side/lunger house side can meet here if they cant catch up at Sarojini Devi hospital.
People coming from tolichowki side have to take a U turn at the rethibowli/Foodworld jn and stop on left side at the sub station(one or two lorries may also be parked around that time,but hopefully none.)

Himanshu and me will be parked around the sub station. You cant miss the two big ones standing together Safari and Scrpo. I for one will avoid Mehdipatnam, even at the cost of driving longer.

Thanks V*Murthy for the directions. Yes, I know that road--I think it is called Ring Road, and it passes Crystal Club.
I went through the map using the link bblost has provided in this thread, and am now confident of the route.
Have fun, guys! BTW, anyone going for a long drive during Xmas holidays? We have holidays on Dec 21st and 25th, so taking a day off on 24th gives us 5 days! I am planning a long drive, either to Bombay, Chennai or Vizag.

Avi, One problem with the thread is that you people should also mention the date when you mention the venue and the timings. You do not want a new member to turn up on the wrong date.
