There's a lot happening at my end. I'm trying to work things out. If all is fine, I'll be coming. I'm also trying to mobilise a couple of more BHPians. Let's see. Can't confirm anything right now.

We are assuming a lot of things and surprisingly i dont see the Goa guys chipping in with their ideas. Rohan and Dinar where are you mates?

It seems like we need 3 meet plans. One for Friday, 2 for Saturday ie.. 1 in the afternoon and 1 late night.

We need more ideas pouring in. Please!

Hey a bit busy, have not been checking in,working on some project and need to complete it soon, so...
But I see that theres a lot of confusion about the meet, people driving in on the 15th , may reach late [which I hope not], if these guys have stamina than we can meet up on the 15th or have nice launch meet on the 16th, can meet up at night too, but this way we all can meet. or meet up at around 4 ish on the 15th so guys driving on Sunday can leave early[say by 10 pm.].By the way how many are driving down on the 15th and from where ,part from bombay.[cause that very near to goa]

. I usually have stamina to party after driving down....
Venue will be depending on forecast, cause it raining here like no tomorrow, so that will have to wait.

Just a clarification : The meet is planned for saturday, the 16th of August at 4ish. Thus, even those who arrive late on the 15th friday can make it comfortably.

15th would be a dry day AFAIK, and no meet in Goa can be complete without some liquid refreshment. So...

There was a glimmer of hope yesterday & I was thinking about making a plan till I was reminded that 16th is Rakshabandhan. So, all plans down the gutter, can't leave home :(

Saturday's meet is confirmed. Somebody has to get the venue fixed. That's all.

We'll meet at 4ish in the evening on Saturday and party till everybody drops down.

Venue options please. I'm absolutely a noob about places in Goa.

Thats great. 4ish on Saturday sounds awesome. I reckon we need to find a place near the baga or calangute area. How about Chilly's again? It is near Fort Agauda and had a nice atmosphere.

Otherwise, we can meet in some place near the Baga/calangute road.

And, only criteria is a slightly large space with nice ambience and ofcourse, it goes without saying the food has to be delectable

Goa guys, please come up with some venue's info
