Just drive down brigade road all the way, follow Hosur Road, turn right on to Bannerghatta road, cross diary circle (take the under pass), turn right opposite Shopper's stop onto Sarakki Main road, drive down to the end of the road, turn left onto Kanakpura road.

Keep following Kanapura road for about 5-6 kms and take the right turn ramp to NICE road. If you find a group of maniacs with cars and pretending to be professional photographers, thats us

Are we meeting at the Mysore road/NICE road junction or Kanakapura Road/NICE road junction.

I mean, anything is Ok, the travel time between the two is about 15-20 minutes.
Anyways just wanted to be sure.

The idea is to meet at Mysore road-NICE road junction and drive down towards Kanakpura road and stop at a good place for pictures. If needed we can also try out the Kanapura Road - Bannerghatta road stretch

Not for the photos, but i too shall join just to see some faces. i can recognize akroy and mjothi from the forum. Just met vish in the morning. Wanted to meet you all in person. i cant join you for the drinks & stuff though.

And do not worry about the photo thing, its just an excuse to meet!

guys,
i start from silkboard. Take a left onto Bannerghatta Road towards bannerghatta. After a few Kms, on my right there is an unofficial offroad stretch that i have to take to get onto the NICE road. Then after a few kms on the NICE road, comes the kanakapura road JN(flyover) with a steep inclination. Should i cross that also. Go till the end of the nice road where the hills are cut to meet the mysore road with a nonfunctional toll gate.
Is that it ?

If you are looking for a place with absolute no disturbance, then

1. halfway from kanakapura Jn to the Mysore road, we see a big flowery junction with lawns and stuff. There there is a board that says take left to mysore. That road is halfdone atabout 1/2 kms from there. we can try that out.
2. Some where on the rightside when coming from kanakpura, there is a hidden abandoned stone quarry and the recent rains have formed a pool inside. That will be really good. I havent checked this place but had a glance when driving thru. You can normally see it from the road.

BTW, The whole NICE road is pictutesque.
