Once you start meeting, there will be regulars. exchange phone numbers, and when some one wants a meet, he SMSes the gang. Meet is on! That will work for short notice meets.
For pre planned mega events, just put the info in your signature. If the regulars all put up the info in their signatures, that itself will show up in most threads on the forum.

thas an idea ripper,

i see your wayanad thread and the group thats very much a place to be in and we spoke about it in our last meet up. usually all the meets are only for 2 days , i find most of the time for travel and less to relax. hey its my opinion not to put anything down.

happy to see cjb memebers to participate thats imp.

Tomorrow sounds good for an evening meet. Can you PM some of the CBE bhpians and see if we can get some strength this time.

Give me a buzz if any of you are planning to hit the hills. I am from Coonoor and would be more than glad to meet up with bhpians.

This Wednesday or Thursday is good for a meet ie 2nd or 3rd Sept . I`ll be in Coimbatore on these days.
