Gurgaon/South Delhi T-BHP meet on 28th August

Hello friends,

Keeping in mind the number of members we have in South Delhi and Gurgaon, what say about a meet on 28/29th August. Guess it would give newer members like me (so far as participation in meets is concerned) an opportunity to connect with stalwarts in real life.

Ricky - would love to see your ride in person.
Sudev/Suman/Anshuman - the three stalwarts of forum on this part of NCR. (am taking the liberty of including FBD as well

)

Please feel free to chip in with your thoughts related to date, venue and timing. Would appreciate if we can have confirmations coming in early as well to ensure that if need be, dates can be adjusted accordingly.

Dates are still open depending on the availability and convenience of most of the attendees. We can meet on 4th Sep as well if it works out for everyone attending. End of the day, one needs to have all 4 pillars in place to perfectly balance the roof, lest someone else is willing to do the honours

I am leaving for Bombay over this weekend and will be driving back up from Bombay starting on the 15th. As for the meet's proposed dates please don't move them beyond the weekend of 4/5th September as I have to drive back to Bombay on the 8th Sept. to participate in the Kaas trip planned for the third weekend of that month.

I would also take the opportunity to suggest the venue as Barbecue Nation, Gurgaon.

Newbie's are always welcome to attend the meets after all they have to bring pastries for the junta in attendance. Sort of an initiation ritual if you would like to call it that. See ya there, BTW my favourite is Bitter Chocolate

I missed the recent Noida meet thread and I really kicked myself

That ensured that I visit this section everyday and I am glad I did.

Count me in for this meet whatever the date would be.

First time that I am catching an NCR meet thread before the meet has happened. It usually happens that I see a meet thread 2-3 days later.

I am a newbie. Well, sort of, since I haven't met anyone of you. It would be a good opportunity to finally see in person some of the stalwarts of the community. I will refrain from casting my vote on the poll until I am 100% sure about my attendance.
