^Great news man! :D
Great review too, but somehow most of the detailing guys in Delhi showrooms/service stations are amateurs(noobs as I like to call them) and our cars are like canvases for them to 'try' new stuff on it!!
I've stopped trusting them after they tried to 'wash' my car at Rishabh Hyundai!
Total amateurs!
btw I detailed my i20's Tyres and rims today!
forgot to take 'before' pics!( but you can imagine the amount of break dust on the front wheels after weeks of not washing them)
now they gleam like new! will be posting the pics in a bit...
Here are some pics (post detailing)-
(first two are of the front tyre and last is the rear one)

OT, How come your asta i20 has drum breaks at the rear? I thought asta came with disk breaks on all 4 wheels.
Oh and the tires look great!:thumbs up What products did you use? megs?
i20 Asta 1.4 petrol, the one with automatic transmission comes with 4 disc brakes(it must be a really tough job to clean the plethora of brake dust from all 4 rims in case of 4 discs!)
btw I used 'Formula1 Wheel Gold' for the rims(was easily available near my place/no advertising involved!!)
After cleaning the rims, applied some turtle wax and buffed to shine!
Used 'Megs Gold Class Endurance Tire Gel' on the tyres!
It really brings out the shine! :D
Got hold of a long link in 3M- getting the micro fiber cloth that they only give to professional outlets of 3M...i saw that its sold in the US also on 3m Site and sells for $50 for a set of 6 cloths (16x16)
The guy is giving me at a 20% discount - will try and bargain more...however distributor margins etc are there in between..
Will post pics once lay hands on them ;)- if can get extra will post and who wants can take em
Sohail seems to have a perfect collection when it comes to Wheel Detailing. When I detail the wheels of my Xing, I use 3M's Finesse Rubbing Compound to remove the Oil marks and other similar marks. I just apply a small amount on the concerned area and rub using a Microfiber cloth, and the best part is that you don't need to wax to bring a glossy look. But if one wishes to to maintain the wheel's gloss for long, waxing as Sohail did is suggested.
have someone tried this?
Supposed to be coming from pete's

The 3M Professional series are REALLY GOOD. They are softer and plusher than meguiars cloth. I used them to wipe the car, used to detail and used them WET also- all of the tasks were performed with perfection..Meguiars X2020 is equally good in all but for wiping and using wet, where the 3M cloth is much better. Also the cloth is tougher- as observed post a wash
I will post pics soon...

Pics posted
THe blue is 3M cloth. size is lesser- but on the SAME folds you can see its thicker(2nd pic)...also if you can make out from the pics, the fibers are closer and more tightly woven( see 4th pic)...more fibers per inch...the yellow is Meguiars Supreme Shine
My pics taking ability is not that great so excuse me for that...
Clearly 3M gives highest quality in all that they provide - as far as i have seen so far..
OMG! Awesome!!
I need a 3M one too then! :D
btw I got my California car duster+ interior duster recently!(US)
and it is seriously amazing! now it takes me like 1-2 mins to dust my whole car!
+ its dust holding capacity is literally shocking!clap:
Its a must have for everyone IMO!
Some pics!

for detailing purpose- meguiars does a decent job, better infact, this is a really complicated area man- what is better for what purpose can be known by experience looks like, which is what i am getting now :D
There is something called as Jopasu- sold in india and has a seperate thread also, its a car duster and really nice one too...California duster is more expensive than this...btw how much did you pay for this from the US?
PM me about the micro- waiting for your reply..
I noticed some dusters in SPAR Mall the other, I too need to buy one for my car.
The Jopasu one has some shipping related problems from what I read in the other thread.
