I treated my car with Waxpol Car Shampoo, Waxpol Carnauba Wax, Waxpol Glass Cleaner and 3M Vinyl/Leather Conditioner. I started at 11:00am and finished at 2:30pm.





I am extremelhy satisfied with the results. I am still left with 1/3 3M dashboard conditioner after using it twice. Essentially it means one bottle will last three times on my car where the application is extensive. You can see that in the amount of plastic cladding my car has.

I tried the Waxpol glass cleaner for the first time and I must say that's it's amazing. I haven't used any other glass cleaners (including the famed 3M one) but I am completely satisfied with this Waxpol glass cleaner. For example I haven't had cleaner view from the ORVM anytime before this.

Well, just tried Waxpol's Silicon Polish. Results not at all satisfactory... at least not on automobiles. Not so good on plastics either... Formula 1 dashboard polish is far better. On painted automobile surfaces, it leaves an uneven looking oily kinda finish. After a day, it looked like someone had unevenly sprayed WD40 or something! I really doubt its good at protecting either.

The alloys are OEM. But one of the alloys has developed leak, so am using spare wheel.

I haven't done anything on the tyres this time, just a scrub wash. However some 6 weeks back, I had applied Waxpol Tyre conditioner.

Any idea where we can get 3M products in Mumbai

I think it is best you wait for a year or two and then go in for the 3M treatment. It will be worth the results then. Wax and polish your car often and that will keep the shine on and keep minor swirls and scratches at bay.

Wow. What a great shine. You inspire me to do the same for my car too. I do waxpolishing every sunday but still i dont think i can get close to that shine.

I have one formula1 multipurpose spray with vanilla flavour, ....err.... i mean fragrance. It smells so good

I heard about the produts from COMMANDO , are they any good.
They had a complete range of car care products.

I am facing this problem for the past many months. A neighbor loves to have his dog relieve himself on my car and bike. Nothing has helped so far. I have tried everything from humble requests to stern warnings.

I do not wash my car daily and the urine leaves a sticky residue which causes spotting on the rims.

Is there any thing I can do to prevent this nuisance?

I'm not sure about this, but maybe you can spray a lot of deo on the area around the car and bike. maybe the dog won't come.
