As a thumb rule, don’t stress your vehicle until its coolant temperature reaches the operating range (90 degree Celsius). This will make sure the engine oil is warmed-up enough to reach every part of the engine especially the turbo shaft. Until then, try not to move the car and if at all you have to, then drive at very slow speeds (RPM less than 1500). I am assuming you know how to check the coolant temperature on MID.

Same rule for the AC as well. Switch it ON once the coolant temperature reaches 90 degree Celsius. Also, once you’re about to stop the vehicle after a drive, switch off the AC (but blower should remain ON) at least 2-3 minutes before the vehicle is switched off. Always make sure the AC is off before switching off/on the car.
