Whole unit, cover and casing is damaged although mirror glass is intact :)

Keep the old glass safe for future use.

Can you check the part no and price of the Auto Dimming IRVM with rear camera display which is standard fitment in Ciaz top models?

I'm really frustrated with the Goa MGP dealer.

I ordered the following parts.
- Celerio Owners Manual (Ordered from the MASS) - Received.
- Celerio Parts Catalogue - Received.
- S Cross wiper switch - Received and installed in my Celerio.
- Wagon R Day Night IRVM - Received and installed in my Alto.
- Alto VXi internally adjustable ORVM's - Received and installed in my Alto.
- Celerio Service Manual - Pending.
- Alto Service Manual - Pending.
- Alto Parts Catalogue - Pending.
- ISOFIX Child Seat (Ordered from NEXA) - Pending.

MGP Dealer and NEXA are just not interested in following up and getting the ordered stuff. I have been regularly following up with them at least once a week but the answer I get is "It's not come and we don't know when it will come". Initially they said the Alto Parts catalogue had come but it was in some warehouse but after that no news.

Any suggestions on what to do next or whom to contact to get the items I need?

Some more digging revealed, this unit is being imported by Maruti from USA for captive consumption.



Ask them what the issue is, are the orders going in back order?? JFYI, all these items aren't standard spares, so I'll give them some benefit of doubt. Just last month, I placed an order for S Cross service manuals for Dr. Naren, and they went in back order, despite the MGP store getting billed for the same. Hence for these orders, you can never be too sure.

Also, I assume most of these orders were placed in last fiscal year. If so, kindly replace the orders once again.

You need to speak to your dealer, they'll need to reconfigure the new key/replace the entire lock set as needed.

Would MGP stores have only the cap/cover for the car cigarette lighter socket? I have a Scorpio, but I guess the size would be standard across all vehicles. I just need the cap to prevent my 4 year old daughter poking her fingers in the socket.

If yes, could you please give me the part #? If no, I guess will have to buy it from Aliexpress :)
