Insurance will not be a problem if you stamp the same engine number of the E-ngine..Visually there is no difference..

Only a good driver will actually find the difference in power..I;'ve had my car driven by many people at one point just to satiate my doubt about the car and its power capabilities..

Only if you stomp the accelarator and hold on above 60-70 kmph in second gear do you realise that this IS NOT A STOCK ZEN ENGINE..

ok so drove the car yesterday for about 25kms. it does run very very good now. i feel the zen should have come along with a 1.3 liter engine all along. the pick up is good in 2nd gear with the ac on which i had tons of issues with earlier. i need a filter and a exhaust now to really get this project kicking. i am the last person on this board to be into technical stuff. was always and still am into cosmetics. working on double vacuum for the brakes. so single booster of the zen with double vacuum works well still testing on it though.... more pics and updates later to all those who are interested. thanks to viper for the guidance he put in. i wanted to get the stuff done from him but my uncle decided to do it inhouse itself. plus my first esteem gearbox went bust so i would have travelling issues from town to versova. so sorry about that man. peace out.... ill buzz ya for the filter. rest headers and ppl thanks a lot for the small small inputs, helped............
