they might have a 10% variable in their guns too , after all its delhi police & 10% rule is expected by most.

Gd, thats because at some speeds the speedo is accurate. The cops use a radar and its very accurate. They also record a video at the same time as they check your speed. They nicked me doing 80 once and i challenged them so they had shown me the video.
