That'll give her the feeling of driving may be and keep her busy!
Yes though it is definitely going to be a challenge to keep such a young one focused. You can engage her in watching the road ahead and see vehicles etc. “See if you can spot a red car “ etc.

What is the best solution? She is 6 years old.
It is motion sickness. The best remedy is to carry some cardamom while traveling and chew some seeds as and when the sickness is felt. Holding sugar candies in mouth also works.

As a precaution, it is preferable to avoid traveling on an empty or an overfilled stomach. Half full stomach is best. Avoid over salty items like wafers, chipps etc. Beverages like coffee are best avoided.

Re: Nausea and stomach pain while traveling in a car

I feel nauseated only when I travel in someone else's car or cabs. Cabs get me nauseated right after I enter them and I always thought it could be the stinky seats or the shoes smell that lingers in there.

Re: Nausea and stomach pain while traveling in a car

We have a thread dedicated to the problem of getting car sick. Happens with me if I happen to travel in the back seat. The ones prone to this problem should sit in the front seat or drive the vehicle and they would be mostly fine. Do not look at the screen of your mobile phone and don’t read books etc.

I posted some more tips that should be helpful:
