I have a question. For VW though the VIN number will give the month and model of manufacture it still does not reflect the month and date of assembling in India for cars like JEtta and Passat. Will the Form 22 have the dates of Assembling or the date of manufacture in Germany factory.
The VIN number below says its WVWK101K8AA543322
This translates to October 2010 model. But the dealer says its assembling date is early December. :)

Form 22 have the month/year details, also road worthiness certification date.
Can you recheck the VIN as the given details seems to be wrong.

Its a Jetta and the date of production is 27.10.2010.
