Which one did you get and price you paid?

Flo or Go ?

My XUV 500's OE stock 85 Ah Exide battery served for more than 55 k km in 3.5 years and gave way for its successor, 85 Ah Amaron recently. The details are here.

The OEM battery of my TATA Manza Quadrajet conked off last month...roughly after 3 years and 4 months of use.

Replaced with Exide (similar to OEM) which I got for approx Rs 4500/- after exchanging old battery + special discount (only for me) :D

I had to get a new battery, Amaron Flo 66 Ah, for my Vento 1.6 TDI. The earlier battery ended up loosing charge, and jump starting the car got me throughout the day. However, the battery failed to crank the engine in the evening and it had to be jump started again. Using the car for a while did not work this time around, and it seemed it did not charge this time around. Tried this a third time, after jump starting with no positive results.

This battery lasted for about 70,000 kms over 3 years of time. The factory fit battery lasted for about 50,000 kms over 4 years.

The new battery cost me Rs. 4600, after deducting the cost of the old VW Varta 61 Ah battery. Surprisingly, it was manufactured in July 2017.

my 2013 swift zdi's OEM Amaron branded battery lasted 4 years 4 months and 116000kms until being replaced recently with a Amaron 65 Din maintenance free battery. it costed me 6500 including GST from the MASS.

Stock Exide batttery in my 2011 Wagon R lasted for 5 years 2 months. Although it has some juice left in it, lately observed some lazy cranks in morning.

So replaced it with Amaron for INR 3500 with buy back of old battery INR 500.

Never had issue with car batteries <touchwood>. Batteries on my Indica, Beat, Fiesta all lasted me between 5 to 6 years without issues. After the OEM battery gives up i usually replace with Exide or Amaron.

The Amaron in our car lasted for about 5 years and went dead. Planning to get an Hitachi Battery. Any One here tried Hitachi Car Batteries?

Even after six and half years, My Safari Dicor 2.2 Ex stock battery still has life.
Still no signs of a dying battery.Total km-35000ish.

Own Maruti Swift Dzire Vxi (2013 Model). The first company fitted battery lasted for three and a half years with 35,000 km clocked.

Today my XUV 500 battery just gave up after completing 1,00,200 kms in almost 5 years (will complete 5 years in coming November), currently it's running on Amaron.
Enquired about a couple of batteries Exide and Amaron and got an estimated price of Rs. 6800 for Exide and Rs. 7200 for Amaron and they will deduct Rs. 1000 for my old battery.

Scross 1.3 OEM Exide battery lasted 22 months and 27,000 kms before conking out. It was replaced under warranty.

Also, proactively replaced my Honda Brio's OEM battery after 4.5 years and 36,000 kms.

Finally changed my Gypsy King OEM battery today after it ran for SIX YEARS & NINE MONTHS ! It was still going fine, but I was scared and did not want to try to get into the record books. It was an ordinary Exide 35 ah, bought an Exide Matrix for 4200/- after exchange.

Installed Amaron battery in July 2010 in our Jan 2007 Alto. Still going on.clap:
Completed 7 years. The car running is about 5000 km per year as its a second car.

As of now no signs of going dead but I know they go dead abruptly. My trust on Amarons is much higher...good experience always.
