That will be one cool ride or may be one hot ride, pics are very important when such mods are done buddy.
Now to the real things, what oil are u using? the size of oil cooler and it placement? oil pump details? [ rate of flow is very important here] which is overlooked usually. any mods to the body work [hood, wheel wells, finder slots, etc] there need to be some slots to get the hot air out of the engine bay , since the area under the hood of an 800 is small ,there is very small volume of air under the hood, so rate of dissipation is less. Has the cooling system of the car been modified to handle the increase heat generated by the engine? if not the oil will tend to work had to absorb the heat.
In short please upload pics so we can tell you what can be done buddy.
Keep the good work.

The picture posted here does not have the oil cooler. I found it from an old garage of my friend. Dont know the make. Removed it shortly afterwards. It leaked!
I am Currentely Using semi-synthetic 10w40 oil.
I also got a twin cam head from my uncle in japan. It was lying in his showroom for a long time. Said it was from an alto!!
In this car, i can touch almost 170, but after driving for 10 mins at max, oil temp. goes over 150 degrees c.

now some real wild thoughts are running on in my mind for my 800 cc alto

well fully synthetic oil with 5w40 or so can do a better duty for a turbo setup. however please get the intercooler properly designed, for a better heat dissipation. does your compression ratio match the turbo ratings? i think u can have an expert assistance from people like VIPER and many more.
you have got such a nice set-up, dont drive till all things are sorted out. it will blow of some or the other components.

well now i cant hold my eagerness anymore. please tell me where did u get your turbo from? how much did the whole setup cost you? what all components are lately added over stock mpfi 800cc ?

Count me in amit. this thread has given me some evil thoughts.

@racerdabba: please start a new thread about the turbocharging process of your car.

i think SirAlec should pour in some ideas regarding turbocharging the 800 too (as his gallery says that he had a TC in his 800).

Well,
talking of changes, i have changed almost everything!!
The twin cam head & the turbo-intercooler combo are from an turbo alto launched in japan in late 80's or early 90's.
Got them from my uncle. free of cost!!
Cant say if anyone can procure it in India.
The EFI is from the F8D engine of alto, As it is a direct fit with the new intake manifold.
i even raised the compression ratio from 8.7 to 9.5.
Installed BPR6ES Spark plugs.
Using BPR5ES has the engine pinging(Glow Ignition) at about 105 k's.
All of this took me almost 4 months, plus lots of trial & error.
But the end product is AWESOME!!
