I believe Part Number:44118M68K60 was used since your car is AT. Is that correct?

Also when the driveshaft was removed from the car on the differential/drive side, the gearbox oil seal DID not need to be removed hopefully?

I never got the driveshaft replaced, just the CV boot. Cost me Rs. 200 for labor(one leaky boot change), I already had a pair of genuine Suzuki CV boots with me. I had to go to a specialist shop outside the MASS because they claimed they didn't have the expertise (but helpfully directed me to the specialist after I said TBHP experts (Leosashi) recommended only boot replacement). My Astar has been running fine with just the boot change.
