Personal choice, you should be able to decide the destination.
My main concern is the rust spot right now. I am open to touch ups and won't mind a small patch because the dent has disturbed the panel gap on the door. Even said the same to SA that I won't mind a patch but he refused saying they will only paint the whole thing. As you said have to get in touch with FNG for this.
