What kind of 0-100 does this E-Zen have. I just want to see how it compares against stock cars like VTEC and RS.

Quite a few cars are already runing BF goodrich drag Radials. Other are running MRF racing semi slicks.

Correct if i am wrong.I thought there was only one vtec zen. The black one which belonged to shabir.
Btw,what are results of burnout. The opn class would do.

Humayun or Noor Mirza clocked 14.6 sec RT. Total ET is around 15.5. BC Sharath actually had a lower RT of 14.4, but ET of 15.6

As far as I know, Sharath was running BF Goodrich T/A Drag Radials on his car.

got used to using the term vtec for 1.5 honda engines.
That vtec zen sounds a lot cooler .......

with a time of 15sec something, isn't he slower than the blue honda. Unless autocar mag quoted the et figure of the honda.

Sorry, I appear to be wrong. Sharath's ET was 15.512, and Mirza's was 15.654. Their run times were 14.4 and 14.6 respectively, as far as I know. But this is only the Zen-1300cc class. The Indian Open may be different.

Guys, lets just keep the Vtec and Baleno related comments on this thread...For drag timings and comparisons we can use the bangalore burnout thread right!

Are u refering to the dark blue zen with another honda 1.5 ???

request the mods to change the name of the thread to the " tuner scene in bangalore " or " discussion on tuned cars " or something .. The info that we are getting here is very helpful and a very interesting topic to discuss on .. As long as we have people not posting any wrong info , we must be alright ..

Just hope that the Japanese Show (Honda, Suzuki) is not spoiled by the Indians.

http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/166372-post164.html

J Anand and Narain are talking of getting the V6 Indica for the drag. That will be crazy with 0 - 100 in 4.5secs..

You mean the metallic light blue OHC? That's KS's daily drive too, if I'm not mistaken.

I thought his best time was 15.5 or so...

Will J Anand's car really be Indian? There are only 3 production V6s in India, the XL-7's, the Accord's, and there was the Sonata... so their engine will be imported...that means they're up against JD and his 12.4xx runs.

V1p3r, i read in a news paper in delhi that the engine in Indica is an Aston MArtin V6. Considering the amount of misinformation these papers give out.. i didn't give it much thought.
