A Figo owner in Goa got his car replaced by dealer after some fight. Check this link for some posts by Mr. Sunil Pednekar. See if he can give you any pointers.

Guys the last and final update. To sum up my whole experience before i file the CONSUMER COURT CASE on Ford India, I shall be now posting what i went through because of this car and ford`s dismal service here in next series of updates.

From January 2012 to February 2014 I will update it all here !

I read your ordeal and feel sorry for you. After all, it's ones hard earned money. And all that mental & physical harassment that you underwent.
