I too got the PPF from Mercedes itself with the 5 year warranty . I guess they did a decent job, except for one corner where it dint stick properly but overall ok.

I dint particularly do a 'PDI' as such, just checked the vin, Kms and checked for scratches. There were no problems that I could find.

I got all weather floor mats and a spoiler from them. Was contemplating Mercedes multi star logo projection led but decided not to because it already projects a star anyways . Even the load sil looked pretty good (gave it a premium look ) but I eventually decided against it because I thought it looked sporty (relatively )without, which is what I was going for. You can't go wrong either ways .
I was waiting for the dashcam which they said might come in a week or so but looks like it did not and like Tiggs mentioned if it has an inbuilt dashcam and the app eventually comes to our country , it will be awesome.

Congratulations on your booking. There are lots of things to love about it. Interior with the ambient lighting looks so dope when you open one door and look at it from the outside.

How sure are you about the inbuilt dashcam thing and the app coming to India .
Also, I totally agree with the active brake assist . Such a pain how sensitive it is. And the fact that you can't change the default setting to off and have to turn it off every single time you start the engine is so annoying.

Adaptive cruise control is not available in India version. This is a Big miss and should be included in the Price.

I think the AMG line will have it.

Adaptive cruise control aka distronic is available for purchase in digital extras in mercedes-me. It costs 33k for 3 years subscription.

Has anyone been able to make the dashcam app work? I plugged in a usb formatted as exfat but the system doesn't show the dashcam app.

Can you also take a pic of your steering wheel? If a car doesn't have DISTRONIC, the steering wheel will have different icons.

Yes I saw this and spoke to Mercedes about it.

If you go ahead and try to pay for it, transaction will not go through.

They have confirmed that this is not available in GLC.

If its enabled for you, then you and others who have it are lucky.

Regarding Dashcam, its not available yet.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I wanted to keep the air circulation mode on continuously.
It gets reset every 30 minutes, kind of annoying. Not sure if there is a way to override this through settings?

Even with the air purification filter, outside smells (exhaust emissions) tend to filter in, especially in heavy traffic.

Congrats on the car, the GLC IMO is the most VFM Mercedes SUV as it gets better interior than even the GLE and GLS IMO. I plan to replace my 2018 GLC with this so could you tell us how is the centre console holding to fingerprints and fine scratches ?

Thankyou sir. The glass panel does get fingerprints, but I bought a Spigen matte glass protector which doesn't show fingerprints or reflections.

The area below that has a carbon fiber finish and doesn't show any fingerprints or scratches.

I also keep a micro-fiber cloth handy that I often wipe the panels with, when I am at a traffic signal
