She is sweet - Palio Stile SLX

Guys,

Just took delivery of my Palio Stile SLX- Black. Drove straight down to Sai Iyengar Tyres in Lalbagh Road and got Aura E01455 Alloys and Michelin Energy XM1 185/65 R14 shoes fitted. The difference was amazing. Even though I drove for less than 10 km on the stock tyres, I could still make out the difference.

For the ICE can anyone recommend a good place in Bangalore. Planning on getting Alpine HU, JBL compos for front, JBL Coax for rear and JBL amp - all GT5. No sub for now.

Drove down from there straight to work. Will post a detailed initial ownership report in a week or so.

Cheers,

Rajan

Many Congrats Rajan! Where are the pics???

For ICE, I would suggest two places:
1. Auto Shop, Koramangala, Ph: 41104109
2. Sound Factor (JBL Showroom), Lavelle Road. Ph: 51120232

Congrats Rajan.

Michelin Energy XM1+ must be in market now. Did you go for that?
Can you please give the price breakup for tyre? I am planning to go for the same tyre. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Ashwin from Sai Iyengar tyres told me that XM1+ not yet released in 185/65 r14, the upsize I wanted. So I settled for XM1. Here is the breakup:

Set of 5 Aura E01455 Alloys 17200
Set of 5 XM1 185/65 r14 tyres 17000

Buy back of stock tyres - GoodYear 165/80 r13 with rim 8500.

So I paid 25700. Happened to know the alloy distributor for Southern region . So that includes friendship discount and free wheel balancing.

Cheers,

Rajan
