Spoiler & Skirting are standard in my car and i also got the Mats along with the essential package. I wont need a GPS as i already have GPS on my mobile.

The only thing which i had in my list till now was the car cover ,As I live in an apartment and do not have a closed parking and no one uses the vehicle when i'm in bangalore.

They also offer 3M sunfilm but they say it's 5K, Is it worth?

From the accessories which i saw on ford's website i'm thinking of the following

SS Door Scuff Plates - Rs.1,250

Leather Vinyl Seat Covers - Rs. 9,990

Air Deflectors - Rs.3,382

What do you say guys?

Congrats sathee46, you've got the best car in that segment! As for the 15 K accessories, I suggest you go for GPS or Nokia CK7w hands-free set.

Door scuff plates are very useful. They prevent paint wear off due to footwear scratches.

I guess there should be comps. Don't you see small tweeter mesh on the front doors?

Congrats on the excellent buy.
I TDed 1.6s. One thing i really liked were the seats. They were very sporty.
I doubt the leather vinyl seat covers are that good.

Sathee46, congrats..very nice car..I am hugely tempted to buy one, although my choice of colour may be a bit different, but that is purely personal!
a) 3M film is very good, but you can look at slightly cheaper options
b) Fiesta scruff plate looks good
c) Leather Vinyl seats are also good, I think Black would be a good contrast and it goes with the sporty look.
d) Air deflectors - are these side window deflectors?

Go for the Sunroof if you can afford a little more - I think it comes for about 40K
That will be very unique.

I too wanted to go in for air deflectors last year, but my post on this forum made me drop my plans. Someone rightly responded that millions of dollars are spent on reducing the wind tunnel caused by the car, and putting those deflectors on the car would negate all that effort.
That apart, those are made of plastic and could be broken easily. You will need to change both if you want a replacement.
But they do offer the advantage of keeping the windows slightly open in light rains, and in parking your car on a hot sunny day under the sun. You can leave the windows slightly open so that there is some air circulation inside the car.

Congrats on your purchase. The instrument cluster looks great in the dark, as you have said. The new fiesta looks great.

Just curious, what exactly do you mean by poor visibility of turn indicators? Pardon me if this sounds like a stupid question.

Here are the pictures

I've driven the car above 300Km's now (All in the City), I just cant stop driving this thing. Though i have not put the throttle down to the max I'm having enough fun for what it is. I dont want to get down from the car at all

I just noticed the following things in my ride as of now

The Steering shows some movement by itself when i'm in bad roads or on bumps, I'm not sure if this is normal.

I find the braking to be a tad slower than what it used to be in my Ikon.

The suspension is stiff, My father feels my Ikon was better than this and also says the steering is a bit heavy. I dont feel much problems on the steering.

I have got Leather seats & 3M Sunfilm, Good thing is i get another 10K worth accessories as exchange bonus, Which I will take next week. They also give some ICE stuff but only Sony & Kenwood.

that's all for now, here are few pictures of my baby
