Congrats.

So, its raining lineas in Team BHP.

Fiat, keep a close watch on us!

So, GC seems to be a new problem.

So Colonel, do post a detail experience.

What about FE you are getting?

How about initial lag at low RPM?

Yes You are correct. Recently I observed this. A HONDA Accord is touching the base while climbing up and joining to the ROAD. Where as ALTO is crossing it without touching the base.

I believe that In India Manufacturer and Consumer should consider of high GC.

Means? No Tata Fiat dealer in Calicut? I am no so sure. I remember seeing something on Kannur road, beyong Nadakkav PS.

If this is a private road, I guess you should ignore this. How did it handle the potholes post Kunnamkulam? (I guess there are several of them between Kunnamkulam and Kottackal due to road works?)
What deterred me from buying the Verna: Interior space, price, specs, size and poor rear seat comfort.

As far as the fiesta is concerned, an all-new sedan based on the current European Fiesta is due to be launched in India in one or two years time. The current Fiesta has good FE, but feels underpowered at the same time. Like the Verna, the Fiesta also feels one size smaller than the Linea.

There is a TATA/Fiat dealer in Calicut, Koyenco Motors, in West Hill. They are in the process of shutting down and so have not been given authorisation to sell or service the Linea. KVR & RF do sell cars in Calicut throught their satellite sales units in Ramanattukara. But KVR don't have the Fiat franchise yet & RF have not started selling the Linea here. In retrospect, I've heard that an RF Test drive car is coming to town today.

The hump that almost had my car off it's wheels was not a private one. It was basically a gap in the foothpath so that cars could drive out of the cinema. Anyway, my car has been having GC issues on the approach road to my house just as on the Changaramkulam-Kuttipuram NH sector. Infact the first scrape happened there. I had driven the same route to Kochi in my Accent, with no issues whatsoever. Same passengers, same day, same road, different car. And I was driving the Fiat very carefully too!

I've sent an email to RF/Fiat regarding this. Let's see what they make of it during the car's 1st service stay. I plan to have the car raised up on a two-post lift to see the extent of damage. But if this keeps up, I'll have to check the underbody every single week!

At last I spotted one Flamengo Red Linea Emotion at RT Nagar Complex in Bangalore with Regn No in the KA 01 Series.

Good to see more Lineas on the road.

Didn't you checked a separate thread for Linea Test Drive reports??

Here where myself along with other Bhpians, ROMS and Swami had been for Linea TD at Concorde Motors, Prabhadevi.

Note: Swami has already booked the Linea Petrol Emotion+

@ shantyrocks
Believe me shanty, go for the Linea diesel. Its not at all noisy or under powered. I felt the same when did test drives at concorde and even at wasan, but my Linea is not at all that kinda. I had met Roms at wasan and i do agree with him when he says that it is noisy and under powered. And ya dzire and swift might be more silent but this isnt noisy either. I am personally going to write to Roms and ask him to check my car.
