Nice pics Bala R---the i20 is one of the best looking hatches in India now!
From the pics of the speedo, I get an impression that the car redlines at 7500 rpm---is that correct?

Sorry guys for no updates. Had been on vacation - a long needed one. Returned on Saturday. Have done only around 320kms till now. Will be giving you the initial FE by tomorrow as I plan to fill her up today.

A small update on FE. My car has now done 350km. I have done the FE test based on full tank to full tank on auto shutoff. Drive mostly inside city (Navi Mumbai, where traffic is very less) with full time AC.
Total kms - 347km
Fuel - 29.79l
FE - 11.65kmpl

I was expecting the FE to be less than 10kmpl till first service. This high FE may be since I use the car mainly in Navi mumbai, where traffic is less & I being a sedate driver. Hope after the first service it improves a little bit more.

I am loving this car every bit.

thats a good FE considering you were with 100% AC. Not bad. am impressed with Hyundai on this.

Congrats for the i20!

Its a truly amazing hatch!
I myself own a M800 and when i drive other cars i have some difficulty backing up etc.
But you'll get over it, no problem.

Enjoy!

The car redlines at around 6500rpm as the red markings start from there.

I have got sunfilms Llumar PP70 for both rear & sides. I will be going for Llumar AIR75 in the front later (budget constraints).

Also got Autoform Seat covers.
