These are the leather mats I have on the Fiesta. They are good quality ones. Sorry they look rather dirty in the pics. Some members like Nairsaab have put rubber mats on top of these mats which spoils the look IMO. It's like putting an ugly cover on top of your cellphone.

I just took a look at them. The bottom seems like leather, while the top seems like carpet. The edges seem like leather as well. What mats do you have?

@Gilead, are you sure these are leather mats!?

I preferred the rubber mats since its easier to clean and I usually get them dirty too easy

I know how they look. The pic was taken during the monsoon season and the mats were very dirty. Rubber mats are easy to clean but the ones that Ford was offering looked very out of place in the car.

In mine, the bottom is charcoal black & is pretty rough, when you run your hands over it - to prevent from slipping/skidding...but it looks exactly the same as you posted - down to the hole.

These mats are very well built (used similar stuff in my ikon for 6+ yrs and looked as good as new after every wash). The fibres do not fall off at all. No need for vacuum cleaning either...just taking it out and banging it against the pillar/wall will get the dust/dirt particles off.

Only drawback is when they get wet & not dried properly, it emits a bad damp smell - a day under the sun and it gets back to normal.

I'll try to get one this weekend. BTW these mats comes in beige as well I believe.

Coming back to Joethomas's original question, I doubt if the Fiesta mats will fit in the Figo. Especially the hole.

I do have the beige ones. I think you are getting confused between rubber & leather. I will say that for me, it's a beige color carpet kind of thing. The bottom is made of hard rubber, I suppose. I do not think it's a leather.

I have no idea whether Fiesta mats will fit in Figo, but I feel it will.

And the 'hole' thing. I do not know where it gets into as there is no hook sort of thing in the floor to which it can be stuck. The rough hard rubber at the bottom prevents it from skidding though.

The holes can be used to hang in showrooms or for drying purpose. Not sure though if that is the intended purpose.

@ Everybody : The beige ones in mayukh's car & the black ones in Gilead's car are the carpet mats. None of them are leather ones, & yea both the black & beige ones are of the same quality.

For a pic of the black rubber ones, Check out http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/test-d...ml#post1841500

Are the Figo carpet mats the same quality as the Fiesta carpet mats? I don't think they are as otherwise JoeThomas would not be complaining about them. And what's that hole in the carpet mat for?

No ideas about the quality, Even i always wonder what are the holes for? I remember one thing though, when the mats were new those holes were blocked by a piece of cylindrical plastic about a cm long, But with use that plastic has mysteriously disappeared.

If your talking about this hole,
http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/attach...rius-7-50-.jpg
then it is for fixing the mat to actual car carpet. Only driver side has it as far as Figo is considered.

The driver side mat on the Fiesta looks like a perfect fit for the Figo. I'm pretty sure the quality is nowhere near the same. I'll post a pic of the mat today. Gilead's mat don't show any signs of wear.
@silverknight You can fix the mat to the carpet? I need to take another look then.
