I was informed that main air filter was a part of the service kit and this additional air filter is for the in cabin air filter. Let me open up and check if they have inserted and in cabin air filter.

The car had another service during Feb 1st week. it was taken at 96051 kms. Some spares changed like, strut bushes, liners, stabilizer rods, etc. A total of 14k. Today the car crossed 100000 km mark.
