This is what i call 'Back with a Bang', superb write-up dude. I think i can draw inspirations for both biking and write-up here at one place. The vehicle you are referring at the petrol stations is called "Meen Body" (yes we really call it that way) vehicle here in Chennai, used mostly in slums. Like you said it is made exclusively off theft vehicle parts and RX100 being the no.1 supplier for these vehicles. Its a strong contrast that we live in a country where people were thinking, either to go with heated seat or a normal one on their Mercs and Beemers and these 'Meen Bodys'. Its a crazy country afterall, although in a good way.

Well I do not have words to describe how I feel or what, as you are very much aware of my state of mind. Just waiting eagerly for you to finish this travelogue completely. Once done, I will probably take out some print out of it. In fact, of all the travelogues you plan, as you have a perfect sense of writing and photography.

One thing i would like to mention - I really love the way you narrate each and every incident and its very rare to see someone mentioning their parents in a travelogue. Touching indeed and Kudos to them for their strong support.

I am planning to make a Bangalore-Asansol-Bangalore trip on my Pulsar 200NS in October 2015. I would like to know the road conditions at present. I always wanted to do this but I was sceptical. However, Preetam's travelogue gave me the belief that it is possible. So, I am embarking on my first very long ride. Hope to get some advice from experienced riders.
