Seeing India through Jenny's eyes is going to be a different & refreshing experience. The few, lovely pics that you have posted have brought back lots of beautiful memories of Mumbai. Cant wait for more - so pls keep them flowing.

After walking around, it's time for lunch.

I take her to Mahesh Lunch Home. Yes, it's time for some proper Indian food. I order some Roti, Fried Fish and of course, the famous Prawns - butter, pepper garlic. She takes to the food pretty well. I am surprised. She does find it super spicy though.

We buy many things, including some lovely Kurtas too. She tries on some Indian clothes and likes them instantly. Being tall, she looks lovely in the Punjabi Suits.

Some more driving around. It's Eid, so she sees a few Moslem processions and takes some pictures.

World famous Hair cutting saloon.

We wrap up and return home, tired and happy. Tonight's dinner will be special.

I have harassed Gogi for weeks and he has obliged me by reserving the entire rooftop machaan section of Pritam Da Dhaba. Yes, this is where Jenny will find the taste of India!! BBrruuuaaaahh!!

We have a lovely dinner for 2 filled with champagne and karaari rotis with malai tikkas. Awesome.

After a fun-filled evening at Pritam's we return home. Tomorrow we will drive to Pune in my Verna.
-------------------------------------------------------

That's it for today folks, TheOne® will now visit this thread with her views and comments and pictures from Pritam da dhaba (I forgot to take my camera there )

I will return tomorrow. Thanks for the appreciation.

Gee whiz, those were some great shots of Bombay indeed! Keep 'em comin', Sam.
Can you also post a title for each picture? I'm keen to know what those lovely European-stlye buildings are.

I am so sorry, I took it for granted.

The large white and grey building is the Indian Railway office. There are some buildings in the fort area and ofcourse the impressive looking station is Victoria Terminus - V.T. is what we call it.
Of today, it is called Chattrapati Shivaji Terminus or Mumbai CST.

You will find all these European looking buildings in South Mumbai. What we call Town.
