wow .... that brings back memories of cochin and 4 years spend there, what a wonderful place to live, if i had a choice cochin would be my first option to live. i love the rains and floods lol

nice blog sam, carry on after you are done with your trip ......

Oh Yeti, the photos in which there is water and water everywhere reminds me of the years I was in Kerala.
I had my done my graduation from Calicut, so I am eagerly looking forward for more pics.

following your travelogue with interest since I would like to know what others feels about kerala.I have heard many negative comments.for example ,by the advertisements it feels like cochin will be a bangalore sized city ,if not bombay.but some feels disappointed to see this few kms congested city.

@sam: Those rice mounds can be quite addictive once you have a hang of it.

One wish though.Would like to see a pic of the yeti in Lungi. It hardly takes a about 30 second to snatch one and tie it. Treat us to that darshan.. Laaard Yeti.


Those flourescent colors for houses have come into fashion about a year or two back. Its part of some latest addition in Vaastu concepts. Wish they could glow in the night

Looking forward for more action and hope the rains show some mercy.
