Ya sorry about that, too tired and sleepy today and head is paining, thanks to RTO officer making me wait for 2 hours, he vanished somewhere and government official dont give a damn anyways. Is offset of 40 fine?

Is the rate fine of the Michelins?

Edit : - Alloys are something like this

17.5 K for four tyres right?? Is it in exchange of stock tyres...
Its around 4.8 K per tyre here so the deal looks good to me.

ES100 are pretty highly recommended all over. Is there any reason why you say they are not that good?

Not sure what you mean by "old" either.

I read on tirerack about ES100 and they rate it 20 in its segment

They are old like the Goodyear Eagle F1 GSDIIs were.

hmm... maybe people running them can clarify.
don't want to go OT, but would be good if this could be brought to light. i went through the "best tyres.." thread again and observed that ES100 is pretty popular with folks.
why is this important? well... i'm about to order tyres for my car and had settled on the ES100. this spoils the party somewhat!!

@ Razor - The ES100 have a very good ride and are very VFM, the AVS Sport ranks 11.

Ya Jaggu i will, was more inclined to go for the ZXi Wheel Tyre Combo at half the price but one drive in the ZXi didnot satisfy me. Plus the VDi is 60kgs on the heavier side. After a few kms of driving i would know whether i need 205/55/15 next time around or not when more power arrives (Courtsey : Petes and Better Breathing)

Around 20k i think. They are manufactured by Plati also and you can get them at any tyre dealer, no these are not from Milan Subway.

What do you think should i maintain the air pressure for the 195/60/15 Energys for a optimal balance between Ride and Handling & for ride alone, handling alone.

For a nice balance try between 28-30 psi. I think you would be satisified around that mark.
