Alloy Wheel - Center Caps

Can someone help me with the size of centre caps used in Momo Revenge alloys. I have lost all 4 and the ones available locally don't fit the wheel.

I plan to replace the stock centre caps on my FIAT GP 15".

But, I only want something like a plain metallic disc. Nothing on it. Nothing. Any help finding some is greatly appreciated.
