Are you for real. Do you really buy that. In any case the grey market caters to what the customers want. Manufacturers almost never launch their high performance brands here for 2 main reasons cost and life of tyre. Indian mentality is such that without knowing why if a tyre wears out in say 30k kms they will brand all tyres from that company as tyres that dont last.

The same looking tyre may have n no. of specifications some good for India condition and some may not be.. and this is for real.
now its grey or white discussion.what i have heard is yokos are good and they are preffered by many nowadays.it should be true and good else people wont prefer them.

Yokohama official launch was in the market was only a few months back. Before that it was all grey stuff itself and lots of people in this forum have bought and used them and don't think anyone has had any problem till now.
