I also Got the perfect Alloys for my Swift

Hi,
This weekend I got new alloys and tyres for my swift. As there are many threads so I decided not to start a new one and post in the existing one as it is same for me that I “Got the perfect Alloys for my Swift” . The specs are as follows:

Alloy Wheels
League / LG-152
15 x 6.5jj (PCD-100)
Price: 25K (Set of 5 with Studs & Chrome nozzle)

Tyres
Michelin Energy MXV8 (205/55/15 88V)
Price: 26K (Set of 5)
Very happy with the result and I think it was worth it. Here are the pictures.

Both are good tyres, comfort biased. But Energy/XM1 is mainly available in 13/14/15" sizes whereas the MXV8 is in 15/16" sizes. I think they only clash in one size in 15"s.

Cleaning all those spokes should be an involving effort, I suppose.

Correct me if I am wrong, I do not think that 205/55/15 is available in XM1 and it is only available in MXV8. I wanted to go for PP2 but there were no size suited for proper up-size so I decided to go for MXV8.

The same tires as mine, Michelin Pilot Primacy 195/60/R15
Even i wanted PP2 but 195 wasnt there and i didnt want 205 on a swift
Heck if not PP2 atleast i got something with 'Pilot' in it from Michelin !

Those are the same tires which were being heavily being pushed to me by by dealer, the MXV8 but i resisted. As iraghava said, they are good touring tires, good comfort.

Although my handling has improved, the ride has become slightly bumpy, can be because of Rim upsize and stiffer suspension on the Diesel.

Lower your air pressure by 2 psi & check the ride comfort. When upsizing this is a common problem as people use the same air pressure as stock tyres & the car becomes bouncy.

Approximately between 14-18k depending on design choice.
