It depends on the age of tubeless tyre. If it is a brand new tyre, you can check it once in 15 days, or whenever you tank your vehicle up. If it's an old tyre with considerable number of punctures, it's better to check once in 3 days or 1 week.

I found out a new puncture leak (an old puncture which is leaking now) , when I got the puncture done, there was no leakage. But now due to tyre's running and grip being worn out layer by layer. The tyres are 4 years old, make is stock JK ultima NXT 145/80/R13 on a Wagon R LXI CNG, run just 25 k kms. There's good amount of thread life left but they have uneven wear and multiple punctures.
