goodyear GSD3 or yokohama S.Drive?

Sorry for bumping an old thread. Are they Yoko S-drives still good since (i think) they have started manufacturing in India? I'm looking at 195/55/R15 for my Fiesta 1.6S. Asked a couple of dealers in Pune, they are quoting Rs 5200 for each, is that a fair price?

I have Yoko S Drives in my 1.6S, and they make hell of a noise. Ive completed 25K kms with them and the tyre noise is irritating during highway drives.
