Care to elaborate on that mate? What kind of changes did you feel? My Fiesta has done about 6,000 kms odd after fitting XM1+s & I want to make sure I'm not missing out anything here. Thanks

Many Thanks vkochar, VJ_Mavrick, Dippy, SRShrikanth, Sukiwa, Deepakhon, Windsurfer, Bottle, Sushanth, Sbelekar, simply_sunny, Shahnawaz, Ishan, eclectix & Suman!

I forgot to mention that my Aura alloys are 14" and 98 PCD.

I was looking primarily for Comfort, so opted for Energy XM1+.
If you need performance, you should go for: Michelin PP2, Bridgestone Potenza etc.

Sukiwa, had to use the existing nuts since dealer didn't have Palio nuts that time.
Maybe, I should get new nuts elsewhere.

Windsurfer, my earlier tyres were stock (Goodyear GPS2 165/80 R13).

Bottle, will definitly post a review once I do a long drive & cover atleast 1000 kms.

Sbelekar, yes, grip is superb!

Looking very nice Finney. Nice choice on the tyres.

Is that alloy design from Aura the only one available in 98 PCD ? A friend of mine wanted alloys for his Petra and this was the only design he got ! Is that the case ?

Thanks NC!

Yes, sadly this is the only Aura design for 14" 98 PCD!
However, I liked this design, better than most of the other Aura designs.

Also got to know recently that Neo wheels have 98 PCD alloys!

Good choice of wheels....it matches the car like stock wheels. Your car is well maintained.

Any idea on the cost of 13" (13" x 5") 98 PCD alloys from both, Aura and Neo?

Thanks

Finney,

The car looks very good. I have the same setup. XM1+ is really good. No road noise. Did you source the alloys from Manoj, or did Ashwin get it for you?

Congrats,

Rajan

Thanks Jacs, Ravikn, Sanjay, Rajan & Rahul!

Rajan, I got the Alloys from Ashwin itself, so that he could follow-up with Manoj & get the alloys, it took 2 weeks to get the alloys.

Rahul, I love the OEM alloy design, but it was costing a bomb (Rs.7000 per peice), Aura costed me just half this amount.

luvjascha, no idea abt the price of 13" 98 PCD alloys, maybe you could enquire with your local Aura dealer.

Congrats! The alloys and tyres look very nice on the car. I am also thinking of going for the same dimensions for alloys and tyres but want to checkout the apollo accelere for tyres.

Congrats Finney!
Now, your car looks very beautiful. It really deserved this.
Good to know that you found 98pcd from Aura. Lucky they chose a good design as one and only. Did you check other brands?

Thanks Zaks, SpeedZak & Patiencewins!

Zakko, I didn't check other Alloy brands and bought Aura coz:
1. Aura is a reputed brand in India & they are OEM Alloy suppliers to most of the Car Makers in India.
2. Aura gives a 1 year Warranty.
3. I liked this particular Aura alloy design.
