What's the correct PSI ??

Guys , I have shifted my santro xing's footwear to Michilen 165/65 R13 (Tubeless ) on stock steel rims . I wanted to ask you people as what will be the correct tyre pressure to be maintained ?? I am finding the ride to be a bit bumpy and the streeing response a bit tight too . Last night i got my air pressure checked , it was around 40 psi , each tyre .
Earlier in 155/70 's i used to keep 30psi in all tyres .

Please recommend me the correct air pressure for 165/65 upsized tyres !
