Mods, I had to make this subsequent post as the earlier one was not letting me put up more pics. So, understand my case.

Well, The limited number of time I've been to Punjab, I've seen more alloys than in Delhi. People seem to love Chromes on their cars in Punjab and even in a place like Sri Fatehgarh Sahib, majority of cars had alloys.

Do mention Team BHP whenever you visit them.
yeah people loves chrome here, but i dont. i saw many different alloys in this shop "sai mag wheels" than here that whay i decided to visit this shop before buying alloys for my next car.

i travel to delhi may be 1ce in 2-3 months. we leave ludhiana early in the morning and come back from delhi at night by road. depends on my work in delhi. so no big deal for me to visit this shop in delhi just for alloy wheels.

and the other option is to book a ticket in shatabdi express which reaches delhi at around 11am and leave at 4pm to ludhiana for Rs. 550 approx one side. so i have enough time to buy the wheel and book them in a courier service.

so no problem at all

Shatabdi, reminds me of Delhi Amritsar travel. I'm yearning to visit Darbar Sahib but awaiting Almighty's nod for it.

DHL Bluedart office is very near to their showroom. Request them for the same rather than you taking it to Courier guy.

I think as the shipment would be big.
The price would be according to the volume and not KG.

I don't have much idea about the volume and kg thing but both (blue/dhl) will prove pretty expensive as compared to normal transport, I bought my 3 sets of lenso 15" and 16" from Bombay, Booked them from Paras transport (Bombay to Agra) they charged me 450/- for 2 cartons i think no company can beat this price.

Normal courier like DHL is an expensive option and is meant for the common person but one whose known to the Truck transport industry will obviously entail their services owing to low charges compared to courier.

This industry is very trustworthy and shipments are on time. I believe 2 receipts are given, one for the shipper and other for the receiver. The receiver takes delivery upon showing his receipt. I know about this as my uncle often makes such shipments.

The nearest (to Sai Mag) and a well known transport company I know is Jaipur Golden in Anand Parbat Industrial Area about 3 kms from Sai Mag. Check the address in the link
:: Jaipur Golden Transport Co. (P) Ltd. ::
K-31, Gali N. 4, Anand Parbat Industrial Area, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005

You also have NITCO Transport in Karol Bagh. Address from Google : 8/56, Desh Bandhu Gupta Road, Karol Bagh
New Delhi, India

Farid, call up Sai Mag Wheels or email them for the information you require. The required information is available on their website as well on Team BHP Directories under Delhi NCR section.

I did speak to Mr Gautam and got the details. The problem is - they don't have shop in Mumbai/Pune. If i want a particular design i have to pay via net banking and then the wheels would be dispatched by courier.
I dont know why - but i am not comfortable in choosing the alloy on website and buying it online. I want to see it physically !
I guess would have to settle with Neo/Leauge or Palti :(
